Merino Child’s Vest

Inspired by the hand knitted vest that Hank, Greta and Alba’s great grandmother knitted for them as babies.  This is a special tribute to Grandma Neve, who, alongside the late John Reed who brought The Grampians back in 1973.

A navy and oat-coloured child’s vest, crafted within New Zealand.  The vest is made with the same line of merino wool, as our The Grumpy Merino Throws and The Grumpy Merino Baby Blanket (2023)

A beautiful pattern, which we believe is unisex and able to be worn for good occasions, to snuggle at night in their pyjamas or as an heirloom gift.

A simple neckline which is also around the base of the vest.  A basic knitting stitch throughout the body, with a lovely panel of pattern down both sides, for extra detailing.
