HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

Any products returned must be unused and possible for us to sell again. That means that any labels, protective plastic etc. must remain.

HOW LONG HAVE I GOT IF I WANT TO RETURN IT?

From when you receive the parcel, you have 14 days to send it back or to let us know that you are sending it back and then return it as quickly as possible.

CAN I RETURN ALL TYPES OF PRODUCTS?

For reasons of hygiene, we do not allow returns of boxers and hipsters.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes, the customer has to pay return postage. If we have sent you the wrong product, we will of course pay for the return postage. Contact us so that we can agree to replace it with the correct product and how to return the incorrect product.
