We’re proud to release our 2023 range of The Grumpy Merino Throws. As we have in the past, we wanted to produce a range which was versatile, yet classic and soft to handle. An easy-care product, manageable for all. We wanted to include our magnificent environment and bring the earth tones to this year’s collection. With this in mind, we have released our first piece for this year.
A navy-coloured throw, which represents the natural waterways at The Grampians. It reminds us, of the beautiful natural streams that flow through our farm and the Pahau river which boundaries The Grampians and surrounding farms.
The throws this year are gloriously soft to handle, with a delicate, intrinsic star like shape knitted into. With a securing, bounded edge to finish the throw. One kilogram in weight, gives each a generous amount of premium merino to relish. Each throw is complete with our new leather labels, imprinted with our branding.
The throws are described as glorious, which we agree is a worthy title for such a beautiful piece.
We are overwhelmed with the end product and believe, we have achieved our goals and ambitions this year with excellence. We hope you agree.

Testimonial:
“I have received my The Grumpy Merino Throw, and I wanted to let you know how delighted I am with it. It is beautiful, light and warm and has totally exceeded my expectations. I was intrigued to read your note that this was the first order for the limited-edition weave throw – I was going to order the regular throw until I saw the weave version and immediately changed my mind” – Janet
“What can I say… I am a The Grumpy Merino throw addict. At first it started with the woven blankets for my kids’ beds, then a throw for the lounge, a knitted blanket for my bed… and another throw for the spare room. Each and every one of the TGM blankets I have in my home not only look amazing, but they feel even better. They are a true family fav. Movie nights the blankets are off the beds and on the couch for snuggling. When the kids are sick it’s what they reach for to comfort them… honestly, they are the finest blankets you will lay your hands on to enjoy now and in years to come” – Laura
